Teaching

1998 - present Assistant Professor of Theatre History and Literature at the College of Charleston. Courses taught include: Introduction to Theatre, Theatre History and Literature, Acting 1, Dramaturgy, Theory and Criticism, Stage Management

As a director at the College of Charleston, I have directed Sophie Treadwell's Machinal, which won Best Non-Spoleto production in Charleston for 1999, and will be directing Caryl Churchill's Vinegar Tom in November of 2000.

1993/1994 - Teaching Assistant to Dr. John Brokaw at UT-Austin. Theatre History for Theatre Majors. Job involved grading papers, tutoring students, and lecturing several times a semester.

1988/1989 - Teaching Assistant to Dr. Miles Coiner at Emerson College. Theatre History for Performing Arts Majors. Job involved creating, administering and grading quizzes and exams, creating study guides, and personal tutoring.
